We do not resurface edged lenses.

Reasonable balance lenses will be supplied at half the regular price. Exact balance lenses will be supplied at full price. We must have the original invoice and lenses to issue any credit.

Invoices received with order will be billed at gross price. Discounts will be given on monthly statement. Discount applies only to payments made by the 10th of the month, net due by the 20th of the month.

For uniformity in billing, RX's will be transposed to minus cylinder form.
